Regardless of family points, 4K Pre-Registration at PCP Opens February 2, 2026.
If your child(ren) turns 4 years old by September 1, 2026, they are eligible for a free 4K educational opportunity at PCP.
By pre-registering now for 4K at PCP, families can prioritize a spot for their child in one of PCP’s 4K classes.

2K, 3K, 4K AND 3KAM/4KPM Extended Morning/Day Program STATE Forms
Required State Forms for ALL 2K, 3K and 4K Families
- immunization record
- health history emergency care plan (This form must be completed and turned in before first day of school.)
- child care health report signed by health care provider
- child care enrollment form (This form must be completed and turned in before first day of school.)
- PCP permission form
- If you signed up to be a parent helper in the classroom, please follow the steps on 2K and 3K NEW Parent Helper Training Info and fill out/turn in a 2024 background check form
2K and 3K Tuition or Extended Day Payment Type selection sheet (this form is required to designate how monthly tuition will be paid)
2K and 3K or Extended Day ACH Sign-Up Form : This form is for families who would like monthly tuition payments taken out electronically or for families to update their ACH information. ACH is free.
There is a $10 annual fee for Cash/Check tuition payments.
